It consists of a metal sheet panel fitted on feet, three pulleys on ball bearings with ferrite magnetic studs which ensure perfect fitting, plastic disc with drilled holes at 10mm spacing fitted on magnetic stud for the study of moment, a graduated ruler, a hook and a set of 10 spigots.
